For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

..oh, look, i said all that too - thanks franny

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:04

Boco, I spent all day writing an 'Artists Intention' essay for the lady I'm in love with who made the frangipani and was supposed to be the cleaner, because she has had something accepted at the Discerning Eye exhibition.

Was exhausting. And pretentious, which was rather fun now I think of it.

Memory.

Time.

Formless shapes made whole by painful desire.

Not quite like that, but sort of.

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:08

You're all off re-arranging letters. Bah.

Okay, am orf.

I'm going to take my formless shape through time and the hallway and into the sitting-room.

Lullabyloo · 29/09/2007 22:08

I am being trounced.

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:33

Oooh I might have done it.

Tell me the yellow ticker is there. I couldn't be arsed to upload Luxor Primary School, though I know everyone is crying out for it.

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:34

Bugger. That's it. I'm going to take my shapeless form riven with painful desire and agony over the yellow ticker AWAY.

lionheart · 29/09/2007 22:37

No don't. I would fall for anyone who had anything to do with frangipani.

TooTicky · 29/09/2007 22:37

LL Glad you had a good time and lovely to have you back.
Isn't Green Shoes also in Totnes? Dd1 and ds2 have had shoes from them. I am currently being tempted by these although some people on here think they are horrid. What is it about Devon and shoe making? Off to have a look at Conkers...

FrannyandZooey · 29/09/2007 22:37

Ooh 100x, you are not at all as I imagined. Nobody has been so far You look lovely and your dd is sweet

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:42

OMG. They turned up! How exciting. Now I'm going to have to go and delete them in a minute.

All that effort, just for Franny. Not much Audrey hepburn I'm afraid, nor Joyce Grenfell.

FrannyandZooey · 29/09/2007 22:43

oh no, you have that look, I was not far off

you've got cheekbones and an arch of the eyebrow and a delicate line of the neck

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:46

lol at delicate line of neck. You're doing well based on this tiny photo.

I took it on the iphotobooth thing to put on facebook. Then I thought, crikey, perhaps I should have brushed my hair.

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:46

can I take it off now Franny? Are you happy?

ahundredtimes · 29/09/2007 22:49

Gawd, what if it takes me as long to get rid of it as it did to make it?

FrannyandZooey · 29/09/2007 22:51

yes I was reaching there a little

I am happy

how do you mean you took it on facebook? there are ruddy photobooths on facebook? what?
