For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

My name won't be any good at mixing up. Coob. But my real name is A Rectory Helmet, which i like.

I went to the theatre last night. I mentioned a couple of weeks ago there was a new woman at toddler group who i thought seemed so nice that i was very over friendly to and was worried i'd scared her - well, i asked her out to the theatre. It was a touring production of 'truck stop'. We had to sit right at the front - it was a fairly harrowing and disturbing tale of maternal love - one character had to have fairly frequent episodes of screaming and beating herself around the head about a foot in front of us. Then we went to the pub where the local stared at us. But all in all, it was very nice.

Hello....no f&z yet...and doubt there will be that much today, as I am working later...I am so annoyd with myself that I took teh shift, sigh...as I didn't realise just how far the home was away....(1 hours drive, sigh)and an hour aftert taking the shift the local home (5 minutes or so away) called if I was able to do a shift....sigh...never mind...!
SK, well not sure yet if I will actually do it, but it's a step further then I have ever come wiht this...i.e. actually looking at the Uni and all that

A friend of mine did her NUrsing a few years back, as a mature student, and she did say, that whilst it was harder to do Family and studying, as a Mature student you tend to be more determined, and well, you tend to really do it because you really want too...

Oh good! I tried to get toffee apple crimble, I know they're your favourite but they're not making them atm, apparently they are quite tricky to do. I can imagine that, maybe they inject in the apple or something? Lol at your dc's, make sure they save one for you! Mine eat all my treats, I say, you don't need a gluten free cookie, go and eat the marylands, but no, they stuff the marylands and then mine.

I have had a peach, huge seedy broccoli salad thing with vegi ssushi. I'm very full up.

I bought a wooden rabbit with a carrot and was annoyed to discover there was no fox. I asked and the lady said someone had been in the day before and bought three foxes how greedy is that?
