'Hello beautiful fruity friends' - 10 / 10 club - all welcome

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Oh, yes it's definitely vegan....

Breasts are a bit lighter too, thanks, still red but much better. I think I have to b carefull it goes completely, the leche league lady said she thought AB's were best if it's bad as it so often recurrs. I will eat well and take vits, rest etc, hopefully it will be ok.

Actually Toot I'm seeing a homeopath at midday. I didn't have the energy to go all the way to London atm but thanks so much for the tip. She sounds nice, I'm looking forward to going. I'm sure the phytolacca has helped me.

I knew what it was as soon as I opened the jiffy bag because I could SMELL THEM

omg they are divine, thank you so much. Ds has just sat in utter silence for about 10 minutes eating one very slowly and carefully as if he couldn't quite believe his luck. I on the other hand ate 3 straight off and now feel extraordinarily chocolated up

TooT your t-shirts are fab, I love the Hattifatteners. They are my favourite characters except the Snork Maiden (the skinhead with a fringe was very Snork Maidenesque btw)
