For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Keep at them, Dior, you are very good.

MrFrannyandZooey · 27/09/2007 22:29

Well I'm off to bed now, thank you for having me its been very nice. Not that I've been instructed to be polite or anything.

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:29

Avi - I am Boco's representative on earth. Her dds are 5 and 3. (I think).

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:30

Go to bed? Surely you've got too much to do? Won't you be up late putting all those finishing touches to your four day birthday schedule?

You were very polite. Well done. We were too, I thought.

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:30

Goodnight Mr F and Z, I notice you didn't answer the fart question, hmm?

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:32

Dior - that is quite astounding, I feel almost tearful looking at that. How long does it take you, do you do commisions?

TooTicky · 27/09/2007 22:33

WOW Dior, that is impressive!

Is it the 25 mile away one, Toot?

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:36

I can't cross stitch. I can't do anything crafty, I have troubl with cereal boxes and glue. I can't believe you can sew a photo like that. Amazing.

TooTicky · 27/09/2007 22:36

No, it's 7 miles away, specialises in languages, teachers and pupils all seem happy and relaxed, and it is nicely multicultural.

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:39

Oh, and can we make doubly especially sure that 1) nasty girl from primary school isn't going there and 2) that awful, awful neighbour is going somewhere else.

Thank you.

Tatties · 27/09/2007 22:39

Dior that is amazing!

TooT school sounds nice

TooTicky · 27/09/2007 22:40

TooTicky · 27/09/2007 22:41

Boco · 27/09/2007 22:41

Oh Dior your stuff is so clever - i've never been on the arty threads, i should visit.

How old is your ds Avi? I thought that /still sometimes think that about dd - but it is definitely nearing the end now - can go a couple of days without but only takes a bit of croup for it to all go wrong - so know how you've been feeling.
