For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Regime, like boot camp food. Its mostly very nice.

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:11

Oh no, have I killed another one? Surely Cod killed it, she changed her name. It was a nice thread, they were lovely photos. Was I mean? I was joking, really, sorry. You are marvellous, and you are my Grandma, or my Aunt?

FRANNY LIKES CHIPS

MrFrannyandZooey · 27/09/2007 22:12

she does like chips, with cheese on top and in a white bread cheapo bun, I'm in bother now.

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:13

And he said 'mostly' with regard to the results of the book cooking document.

Also, dust. I'm hearing dust.

And you know what MrsC - he has NEVER seen your ball, oh no, not once.

pinkspottywellies · 27/09/2007 22:13

Mr Franny I can't believe your risking your computer privileges life by telling us these things!!

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:14

Ha, she likes cheesy chips, this gets better. Oh, it's all haricot and chick peas on toast here you know

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:14

bulk cooking - though perhaps there is some bulk cooking of books going on, and they are mostly not so nice.

MrFrannyandZooey · 27/09/2007 22:15

I'm being told to retract my dust statement. I always wondered where that ball came from though.

ahundredtimes · 27/09/2007 22:16

Did you throw it out MrF&Z? You can tell me, nobody will ever know.

How much dust? Very small control freakery amounts occasionally falling from a very small shelf, or huge balls of it knee-deep in the kitchen?

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:16

It came from me

See, 100x, he has seen, it has pride of place on a dusty windowsill

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:17

Do you eat sneaky burgers, MrFandZ?

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:19

Dior - Your things are beautiful, very impressive, I love the cushions.

MrFrannyandZooey · 27/09/2007 22:19

MrFrannyandZooey · 27/09/2007 22:21

Not so sneaky pies sometimes, I dont do Macdonalds and so on though.

Carotte · 27/09/2007 22:22

The grin was for card preparation!

You should make more, Dior, and sell them in the back of magazines like Junior

I love your cross stitches Dior. I got a cross stitch kit to make for a wedding present for a friend last dec. I got on quite well with it while I was pg but had dd in November and haven't touched it since!! I was hoping to finish it for thier 1st anniversary but I'll have to go cold turkey from MN and facebook to have any chance!

pinkspottywellies · 27/09/2007 22:25

Chips and cheese. Well I never!
