For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I don't know bbee. I can't work it out. If i go to my profile page they aren't there. Then if i go to photos they are there and then I go to preview public page, and there they are. and then I'm stuck there, with no idea how to make the preview the reality.

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:19

i have gone now

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 23:20

I didn;t know you were on facebook 100x. Are you someone obvious or would it be unlikely I would work it out?

I think I just like seeing pictures.

lionheart · 23/09/2007 23:21

I did the same thing earlier but I can't remember how I righted it. I think I made it available to mates and then added some names and then it worked.

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:21

ther eis a bit on the photo page where you have to say visible to all mumsnetters too.

Boco · 23/09/2007 23:22

100 it looks like it's not the pictures that are the problem, your whole profile page must be set to private.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 23:22

100x, did you press "store"? I nearly forgot.

BBB, where are your curls?

Oh, you are all so glamorous

Good luck Boco. I used to get horrid asthma - calmness helps a lot. Is she calm? Or is that a stupid question?

WHERE is store?

How do I unprivate myself?

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:25

now there is no picture of me but I still have a profile with the only information being

"BBBee is 33" and then the threads I have been on.

I have been crap on here toight. I upset carrot and I went on a thread about depression and in my head my post was quite constructive and I put some info and experience in there and then posted and when I read it later it was all kind of 'pull yourself together'.

Not my night.

Boco · 23/09/2007 23:26

She keeps coughing so much she's sick
I hate this.

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 23:26

No you are perfect always. Carrot is made of stern stuff and isn't insulted at all, she just wants to make jam with you and Boco.

I give up. This is ridiculous.

Tatties · 23/09/2007 23:26

100 have you made your pics visible to all or just your MN mates? (if the latter then you must make at least one visible to all to enable it to work at all)

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 23:27

Oh god, and real illness too?

Sorry, is it croup?

Have you rung anyone?

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:27

oh god boco I didn't realise it was so bad. Is it big DD or small DD?

Has she eaten and drunk much today?

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 23:27

I read that depression thread BBB and didn't think your reply was harsh at all (speaking as an on and off depression-eee).

Boco · 23/09/2007 23:28

No Bee, you didn't upset Carrot, she was teasing, and i'm sure your post was good and helpful.

I have to go and try steaming the child.

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 23:28

Have we all discussed the wet towels on warm radiator scenario? Also the steamy bathroom thing?

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:29

oh thank you idris - it was a bit brusk though. The apple cake was burning you see and I so wanted to say something and it was all "Don't take that medcine and do your homework." I apologised though and tried to be kind.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 23:29

When we've had similar, I have cuddled child as upright as poss but in a restful way, caught sick in terry nappies and waited for sleep to take over. Can you do this or is she not going to sleep at all?

Boco · 23/09/2007 23:29

It's the littlest dd, and yes, croup.

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 23:29

I'm off to bed. I am defeated by the exceptionally private nature of my profile.

BBBee · 23/09/2007 23:30

I did the steaming thing - boiling and re-boiling the kettle.

Oh no - I have no advice. I am going to thread trawl.

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 23:30

No, not the kettle! The whole bathroom, steamy, steamy, you and she on the floor, she able to breathe at last.
