For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I haven't seen Franny's photo

lionheart · 23/09/2007 22:40

Avi, that's exactly the way to do it.

Boco · 23/09/2007 22:41

Are you being sarcastic Bee? You must be. No one has ever told me to calm down. The opposite, they tell me to wake up.

3andnomore you've made me rofl this evening, talking to yourself back in time whahahahah.

I've put up a picture for the non facebookers. But it's grim. I look large. And drunk.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:42

Er, BBBee, why would I be the one to tell you to calm down? I can do mad crazy early hours jam making too you know. I can. Do my bosoms make me sensible?

OP posts:
Boco · 23/09/2007 22:43

knobbly blocked bosoms are not sensible.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:45

No, they are not. I wasn't going to mention them again either.

Boco - you have long long blonde hair too. No one is how I imagine them apart from 100. Your dd looks very sweet.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:48

Boco I am amazed

I really think you have short dark hair and look very perky

lionheart · 23/09/2007 22:49

No-one is how I imagined them, at all.

How are you doing on the bosom front, MsC?

Boco · 23/09/2007 22:49

My dd is not at all well tonight. I'm anxiously sitting here listening to her barking like a sealion. Anyone know anything about croup? It's non stop.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:49

I've put holiday photos up here

BBBee · 23/09/2007 22:49

no boco I am not joking - would be a nightmare - we would make a plan and it would be silly and we would encourage each other until it got really silly and the next thing you know we would be trying to steal hugh fernally whittingstalls pants and bake them into a cake to leave on maggie philbam's doorstep.

carrot - in my eyes you are sensible - you pre-booked things in edinbra and you know things like your own email address and stuff and I am not saying you wouldn't do the jam thing but you could give perspective to the jam thing.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:49

Boco would you phone NHS direct? I would

Boco · 23/09/2007 22:50

But i posted you the back of my head a whole week ago franny. I wish i looked perky. I'm more droopy than perky. I have droopy eyes.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 22:50

Nobody is how I imagined them either. I am holding out hopes for BBB.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:51

BBBee · 23/09/2007 22:52

BBBee · 23/09/2007 22:52

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 22:53

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:54

Lionhart - they are not great tbh.

BBBee - I did not pre book tickets my friend did, I am very spontaneous, I am, I am not approaching thirty and sensible. I won'r have it. I want to do wild whittingstall willies or whatever you're doing with boco.

Boco - croup sounds awful, have you got a steam thing going>

OP posts:
BBBee · 23/09/2007 22:54

carrot - did the sensible offend you ? I really hope not - I would love to be more sensible - you prebooked for the water thing in edingburgh - I really wanted to see it and it was sold out and I sulked and wished I was more sensible.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:54
