For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Okay, appearing very briefly, kitchen of shame. On my profile. In my defence, it really is small - that is all of it. In fact, that corner with the draped belt is "dining room" (dp's work area, where the computer is).

Have added pic (under duress and because of guilt).

I will take it down shortly in case I have crossed any of you in a past life and you know me.

Tatties · 23/09/2007 22:26

I am moping tonight.

All your pictures are lovely

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 22:27

I had some vegetables. Tomatoes, peas, leeks, raisins, grapes, strawberries, potatoes.

Wow, TooT, your kitchen looks like a place where things happen.

I have eaten loads.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 22:28

I bought some kamut pasta. When I actually looked at it, I found it contained lemon, green tea and ginger. What do I serve it with?

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 22:28

And fruit, seemingly.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:28

That is a lovely picture, Lion, but where is your golden mane? You leant it to Franny didn't you, because she was cold with a shaved head.

Yaaayyyy Lionheart

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:29

Ooh lionheart another friendly smiling person! Lovely

TooT well I have seen a lot worse. That looks like you are building up to something really atrocious but it is still a work in progress, you haven't got there yet

Avi in a house so airy and uncluttered you would never need to clean. You could just open the windows and doors and let the wind blow it all away [yearning]

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 22:30

Why are you moping Tatties?

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 22:31

Tatties why moping? I thought for a minute you said mopping, I am not sure which would have been worse.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:31

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 22:31

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 22:32

Yes, and a washing machine. Don't use the tumbler much though, except to prop up the draining board.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 22:33

I don't have a photo of my kitchen. It's small but I like it.

Franny had hair in ytesterday's photo. Or was it actally lionheart's mane? It looked a similar colour .

BBBee · 23/09/2007 22:38

I think I could live with avi - she understands the coffee thing and I like her house and I like those charis you sit on that have no backs. I would also like to live with toot because I like that kind of kitchen - I like that kind of stuff ontop of stuff. That is nice. I think that franny could plan and organise me rather well too.

I could not live with boco- it would be all crazy and making jam at three in teh morning. We would need someone to tell us to calm down - maybe carrot.
