For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Now YOUR kitchen is HUGE and CLEAN and everything

beautiful children too

pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:40

Where are your pics lionheart?

pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:42

BBB, I just properly read your apple cake post! Mine are the opposite. Wholemeal flour, tiny bit of sugar and roughly shaped lumps!! Very delicious though (think it was TooT's recipe so thank you)

lionheart · 23/09/2007 21:43

It is huge because we knocked down a wall so that I could be all earthy with a giant wooden table in the middle and everything revolving around.

It is clean because DP is a cleany person and I would look bad if I didn't try to keep up.

Hello? Anybody? I bet you're all off finding out how classy you are with your big kitchens

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 21:44

Right I am going to try and do photos. Might even include the kitchen (which is large and allows for ample bike riding round the table by DS).

pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:45

oops x-posts!

lionheart! What scrummy boys

lionheart · 23/09/2007 21:45

Try now, psw.

Thank you, avi, I am photophobic (or something).

pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:48

I couldn't even get a bike in my kitchen, let alone ride it The rest of my house is wonderful (IMVHO!) but the kitchen makes me sometimes. It's ok but not enough storage and no room to have lovely kitcheny things out and no dishwasher and I have to keep it clean and tidy or I wouldn't even have room to get breakfast out!

I'm going to bed cos I can't bear to see all your gorgeous big kitchens!!! Night.

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 21:50

Sorry about kitchen size . It is a lovely room though.

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 21:51

Mumsnet seems to be shrinking my photos for me. How kind of it .

pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:52

Ok I couldn't resist a look! Gorgeous kitchen Idris - big and light and ... is that a tub chair?! I wanted one forever and I finally got one when I redecorated the dining room and a few months ago dh sat in it so hard he broke it

IdrisTheDragon · 23/09/2007 21:52

Have just found a very strange one of me . Probably quite accurate though .

Carotte · 23/09/2007 21:53
