For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

You do realise that the hogs are perfectly alive and just happen to have eaten a lot of fruit? And that they are to be loved and petted?

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 21:15

People tried to help but what I really need is to see a picture of one. They are sort of Chinese looking.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 21:15

Oh dear, I was imagining a crackled one on the table with an apple in it's mouth.

Shock
pinkspottywellies · 23/09/2007 21:18

That was my picture too Carotte

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:18

No no I knew that

I was feeding mine an apple

I've got photos of my kitchen and dining room on here now. I think I am bored and trying to put off doing useful stuff. You can see the clean and spare effect I am going for and the slow creeping of wooden dinosaurs and guitars. And fruit.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 21:22

Franny, you have an underlying cleanliness and order that I cannot aspire to.
Oh, and you can keep your hog but I am going to collect the others and return them to their mummy so they don't get eaten by those nasty callous people.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:22

TooT the skirt is almost down to my ankles so I don't think it can work

I do have a black tank top sleeveless sort of jumper, and a silver (!) (kind of very pale grey with sparkles on, very pretty IMO) thin jumper with a hood and a pocket, both size 12, that need a good home (I like them both but they don't suit me).

Carotte · 23/09/2007 21:23

It's HUUUGE

Ds's imaginary friend was eaten by a giant pig. I am not sure if we have recovered enough from the trauma, to allow another porker in the house.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:24

What's huge? The kitchen? LOL it really isn't.

Carotte · 23/09/2007 21:24

It looks massive to me

OP posts:
TooTicky · 23/09/2007 21:25

Ooh, yes please Franny. Will obv send postage money.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:26

I truly don't think so....maybe I am spoilt? I think it is a normal size, but nice and light and airy because it is open plan...oh the kitchen ends where the white brick bit with the junk on is. I'm taking the photo from the dining room, which is also on the petite size, but it works beautifully because it is open plan

lionheart · 23/09/2007 21:26

I feel bad about the dolly now, TooT.

Sorry, I didn't know there was a thread. What era is it? MIL is doll freak expert and has lots of books.

Erm, did my pictures not come out?

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:27

TooT no they are light and won't cost much at all. Plus you might not like them! If you don't, just pass them on. I will smile to think of you wearing the silver one. Like this

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:28

Lionheart no I think everyone should just use picturetrail instead, it works and is v easy

lionheart · 23/09/2007 21:28

Because it took a long time.

I love sparkly clothes.

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:30

me too

I like silver shoes. And sequins. And glittery make up. And I wear them and look like an old hag

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 21:30

Era? Um... I'm sure they were around in the 80s - probably secondhand actually. 1950s onwards at a guess...

I can see you in profile with a flowing mane, all in yellow.

Can you please just take another peek?

I cannot blame mn--I was being dim.

TooTicky · 23/09/2007 21:36

Beautiful pics but there isn't one of you

lionheart · 23/09/2007 21:37

Course not.
