For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I missed it too Lionheart. They waited until we were in bed. I will lurk next time.

Why can't I see Avi's eyebrows? And Franny, I knew you were tall, but hadn't imagined the full extent of your height. Or your rather tactile looking bark. And I wanted to see BBB

Oh yes please to the jeans BBB I will give you postage money, do you want to email me? [email protected]

BBBee · 23/09/2007 09:15

Oh TooT - am thrilled you are having jeans. They have been taunting me in a draw for years and now they can go free and be worn!

Am emailing you.

LOL at reaction to my pictures - I had scrubbed up for that one. here is one of me looking more 'earthy'.

AHAHAHAAHA!

I have a coffee story but I am filled with shame and you will hate me.

Unrepentant, I see.

BBBee · 23/09/2007 09:28

okay avi - as it's you and you 'get' the coffee thing.

I have a stove top italian coffee maker. I love it. I went round to my friend's house and she had a dinky little TooT size one. I said that it was lovley but small and she said "No it isn't - you have a massive one - people in Italy don;t have them that size - the one you have is an 8 cup at least." So my 1 cup of coffee in the morning is in actual fact a quadruple espresso.

Oh dear!

lionheart · 23/09/2007 09:28

But tell us the shameful coffee tale.

BBBee · 23/09/2007 09:30
