For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I was spying (as a thread about why trousers are so long in Zara is not really me. But wasn't actively spying .)

pinkspottywellies · 22/09/2007 23:31

Oh my goodness. Really really really not how I imagined you. But somehow just how I imagined too! I take it that was dp?

FrannyandZooey · 22/09/2007 23:32

No no, but you seem like you might LOOK quite serious and severe

and perhaps say things in a way so people didn't know if you were joking or not

FrannyandZooey · 22/09/2007 23:33

LOL psw yes dp rather than random bald bloke that I was cuddling

pinkspottywellies · 22/09/2007 23:34

Yes I saw them avi. I'm really struggling with this

Those fabrics are neither plain nor fabulous enough! To be honest I don't want to spend too much either, in case I don't use it much. I always get what dh calls buyers remorse! Even though I spend hours deciding on such things!

pinkspottywellies · 22/09/2007 23:34

Sorry Avi, you're being helpful and I'm being a pita.

No! I'm not! I don't do tactful, I try and get it all wrong

I have obviously got foot in mouth again, but I just think you are quite intriguing and self-contained as well as friendly and funny and all that

I could easily imagine you looking rather severe or aloof (in a good, glamorous way) and scaring people a little bit until you smiled and they realised you were actually not terrifying

has the foot gone in further?

I liked your photo, a lot. It's great to see you. And BBB's hat! So cool BBB. You are very sophisticated looking. I expected you more earthy.

pinkspottywellies · 22/09/2007 23:40

I came back from the mooncup thread Franny to find you hurrying me along and I ran as fast as I could through the thread to find the link for the photo and I was panting and panicking and everything.

IdrisTheDragon · 22/09/2007 23:41

Didn't think it was at me, although ido sometimes wonder about my lack of sling ability.

FrannyandZooey · 22/09/2007 23:41

Heh

I didn't want to leave it up there, I was going to come and find you but that would have drawn attention to it and all the lurkers would have followed us back on here

pinkspottywellies · 22/09/2007 23:42

Oh noooooo. Did I miss BBB as well? But I think I have seen you on facebook...

IdrisTheDragon · 22/09/2007 23:42

Has there been any mention of F&V on this thread?
