For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:43

Oh bugger. You outed the blush face on the new thread. I was only happy to blush confident that the old thread was aobut to explode.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:43

oh seen your reply.

so everyone sitting down talking nicely and you burst in like a drunk football fan and should "wahey let's have some fun!"

(like your mooncup fran.)

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:44

Your mooncup said wayhey?

What's going on?

Am I dreaming?

I have been sociable now for two nights in a row, I can't cope with it.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:45

(maybe mooncup was channeling 100)

Oh 100 there has been mooncup chat tonight so even if party was boring it saved you from that.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:45

did you drink?

did you have to tlk about house prices?

I hate house price parties.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:45

I can't think about the fact that perhaps I speaking to Franny through her mooncup.

Is unclean thinking.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:46

Yes I drank.

Didn't discuss house prices. Can't stand it. I smoked a cigarette behind a bush.

what where the boring conversations?

I was in one tonight about Stalin and him being Georgian but really being Russian and Y-A-W-N.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:49
  1. Hosts clothes. He wanted me to talk about them, especially his shoes.
  1. summer holidays (this was when I went behind the bush).

  2. Why was nobody dancing. (I started that one).

  3. School

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:50

I have to go to bed. I am mortified by the thought that anybody at the party or who held the party might read this.

I would do a million blush faces then and die.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:51

fuck me.

was there no-one fun?

was there good food?

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:52

I am worried about MrsC coming on in the morning and being cross with me now.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:53

We were too late for the food. We got there 2 hours after the party had started.

Yes, a couple of my friends, but then a lot of people in white jeans and fun jewellery.

i was wearing a black dress I have had for ten years. I did also have on some rather nice high heeled purple suede shoes, so I looked at them a lot and pretended I was shy.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:54

I am going to bed. I am all talked out.

Last night, with the organic champagne, was much more fun.
