FAB TITLE BY FMF (AND BBB)

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Hello Wombling, come in.

get some chocolate 100x, you need to boost your blood sugar to find these sandals. Makes you less narky.

MrsCarrot · 17/08/2007 23:03

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:03

Thank you for sandal support. Sorry for being narky.

F&Z it is hard to lust after DR because you do and then suddenely tht image of that podgey faced boy from philosophers stone leaps into your head and you feel like some kind of pervert.

Tatties · 17/08/2007 23:04

BBB do you want to give up coffee? I like coffee but it gives me a headache

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:05

I AM a pervert which helps

BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:05

I am going to start keeping my chocolate in teh garage now just to prove that it is a legitimate question.

BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:05

giving up coffee gives me a headache.

Boco · 17/08/2007 23:06

I can't see DR as a sexual being at all, no, pasty child. But Alan Rickman is very sexy indeed.

BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:06

DR has weird eyebrows anyway.

Tatties · 17/08/2007 23:06

I'm afraid I am lusting after someone else atm

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:07

No, I can't and don't lust after Daniel. BUT I can summon up something for Severus Snape - sometimes.

Did you enjoy the film Franny?

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:07

Has anyone seen the film? Did you like that bit where AR says "Obviously"?

I keep thinking of it and snorting

OP posts:
BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:07

lucius malfoy?

Tatties · 17/08/2007 23:07

Weird eyebrows are ok

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:07

Tatties - WHO? Spill.

BBee - you are making me LOL with the chocolate in the garage thing.

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:07

Yes I thought it was excellent, except for confused running about bit near end

Tatties I am sorry, I feel disloyal now

OP posts:
BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:08

I have seen it and the obviously bit was funny. Not the best film though TBH - but not the best book either.

No dobby or winky. How will the end film be so moving now?

MamaG · 17/08/2007 23:09

i have decided I do fancy ~DR, but only when he doesn't smile

but AR ooooh yes

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:09

Yes, I have seen it too.

DS1 jumped up and down the whole time. He had a lovely time.

And I, and I, erm, am trying to remember it. Me, without my doctorate, can't remember what happened.

Oh yes, Dolores Umbridge.

womblingalong · 17/08/2007 23:10

Franny,

sorry but Alan Rickman is much more my cup of tea than ol danny boy, sorry but it does feel a little perverted as can only remember hm from the first film.

But Alan - it's that yummy, sardonic voice and the eyes.

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:11

Yes, he's okay. But he's too gay to really convince me, old Alan,

Now Alistair Campbell. I DREAM about him. I do.

BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:11

they didn;t do that bi that is in the book where they attack hagrid. that would have been great in teh film.

I think it was highly unmemorable TBH.

What books are you taking?

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:11

God I like DR and at last I can say so because he is over 16

the shame

I even like his cardi

good adaptation of very badly overlong book I thought
