FAB TITLE BY FMF (AND BBB)

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

don't go and pack just do that one o'clock in the morning throwing random stuff into a suitcase - you end up with the same stuff even if you had been organised and done spread sheets and lists.

I went to the University of Sussex -it is in Brighton and so it was great.

I am scared of the rest of mumsnet now. I can;t manage the other threads and keep saying all the wrong things - I made someone bang their head on their desk and a thread I did about an old neighbour doing a racist accent prompted someone to call me 'deranged'.

Oh apart from your going for gold thread boco - all others is like being thrown to a mumsnet pack of vultures - or hyenas - I can;t remember - will get savaged for that too probably.

I bought someone some borage tincture once - she is a right hippy and the woman in the shop told me it would help her gather her thoughts - she loved it, made me a bit - all that stuff does. Might try cosmically ordering some theatre tickets though.

FrayedKnot - you are very welcome. Usually F&Z is here and she is kind of in charge so when she is away we verge off until she comes back and cracks the whip. We are all scared of her.

Samphire sounds bloody horrible whoever that was - like salty aspargus you suck off a stick - the last time I had so suck something stick like that tasted of salty asparagus.... well I won't corrupt the thread infront of the new girl.

I got into Sussex, so visited. What put me off was one of the other students on the open day told me she was a white witch and could do real spells, and that she'd be my best ever friend if i went there. So i went to Goldsmiths in London.

BBBee wwhen were you at Sussex? I recently found out I work with someone who lived in the same halls of residence as me, only several years later.

Boco I'm fairly sure it wasn;t me who said the White Witch thing but I was going through a bit of a strange phase at Uni

F&Z it has been awful here - we have all sat here all day and none of us have eaten any fruit and vegetables and the whole thing has got horibly out of hand.

Well SINCE YOU ASK I am always at work on a Friday afternoon, and then I went out to the cinema and then for drinks actually, and I haven't been home for hours and hours and I didn't have any dinner and dp has made me a cheese toastie. Which I am eating.

My friend at art school was a white witch, hers was the pagan wedding I went to a few weeks ago. She works on a perfume counter now. I talked to her today over the Dior

My other friend went to do his MA at Goldsmiths and I went to UEA as I couldn't move and uproot the family. We were both shortlisted for an award but he got it. Perhaps I should have gone to Goldsmiths. I am pleased he got it though, really I am. I miss them all. Happy days.
