For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

TooT if you happen to be a 34C you can have this one. It is underwired, though.

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2007 21:25

I have worn the same nursing bra for 9 months except a few days when it's been in the wash and I've worn a different, badly fitting nursing bra! I realised the other day that wearing a decent, underwired bra makes me look about a stone lighter! I thought it was about time I got something decent.

3andnomore · 28/07/2007 21:25

bumpart is great fun..wasn't teh only time they did it neither...but then es is an arty one...

Tatties · 28/07/2007 21:27

at Phish Food

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2007 21:28

I don't even bother looking anywhere like peacocks or BHS! 34G kind of limits where you can buy anything nice it's getting better though. I think M&S have started doing some.

FrannyandZooey · 28/07/2007 21:28

I swopped to underwire when ds was about 1 and a bit

felt sooooooooooo much better

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2007 21:28

Tatties · 28/07/2007 21:30

3andnomore · 28/07/2007 21:31

FrannyandZooey · 28/07/2007 21:32

3andnomore · 28/07/2007 21:32

Tatties · 28/07/2007 21:35

Ah, you see 3, I didn't have that stage, it was more or less straight into painful contractions for me! It sounds lovely for you though if it was relaxing, like a gentle massage

TooTicky · 28/07/2007 21:36

Thanks Franny but I am more of a 36C. And I really can't bear underwiring. It always seems to dig in.

Do you suppose LL is okay?

3andnomore · 28/07/2007 21:38
