I stopped smoking a whole year ago! I can't believe its been a year now! I'm really pleased with myself and glad that ive done it!

I haven't smoked properly since March 8th but have had about 5 fags on drunk nights out since my baby was born in august how do I stop these drunken fags. This really is my downfall.
I do really enjoy not smoking and being able to breathe, don't crave fags but crave something at times of stress advice please

OU have written to say that I have failed. Was doing really well up until jsut before the last tma was due in and everything else turned it all upside down. I submitted the last tma, with special circumstances and applied for deferred exam but all my letters seem to have been ignored or lost and there has been a big mix up. Whole years work downt he drain.

kelly, that's crap, just what you didn't need. If it's a mix-up though can you do something about it? And as cc says don't turn to fags and make that something else you 'fail', at least you're succeeding in something that is so important it might save your life.

Cc - what you up to for Christmas? How are those dd's of yours? You know my dd starts full-time school in January ?

i have been down the pub a few times since quitting and havent succumbed, but friday was the first time i walked in and thought it smelled bad in there

I go through phases of thinking its a vile smell and get me out of here, or sometimes I will be mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm that smells gooooddddd.

usually i have been enjoying the smell of it

mind you i have come down with a bug today so maybe it was the beginning of that making me feel differently

Any tips on how to survive the rest of the christmas holidays, chez dh ( though not so much of the dear!) and dc, dn't you just love them!
