I knew things were going too well.

peters vad site is leaking a lot of fluid. indication of bad infection, he has pain in his back and feels rotton. swabs have been taken. am hoping infection doesnt get a grip too quickly as last time it set his ICD off 5times in 24hours, and its horrible. i have to phone in the morning to find out whats happening and if i can take the kids in or not.

he has just called me in tears. is in agony. i want to go harefield. so am going to face my fears and dtive there in the morning.

You need to demand a meeting with the doctors, no one in this day and age should be in pain in a hospital .

right, have babysitter sorted, mieow is driving me down soon. no idea why he is in pain so much, he was pulled about a lot yesterday when dressing was done.

Sounds like an utterly horrible situation, doesn't in Jarm / NN... hard to imagine dealing with this. misdee must be in such a state. And, of course, Peter sounds like he is experiencing a living nightmare. Oh boy...

just in. mieow was a star. BIL also.

peter is in a huge amount of pain, still retaining his sense of humour tho, mind you he was cracking jokes in ICU after the op. there is something going on with his liver, and his kidneys, no idea what as the doctors havent bothered to tell him he was given more morphine pills whilst we were there, i asked if he could get anything stronger but they said it has to be perscribed, he is going to contact the pain nurse tomorrow to see about a possible morphine drip being set up.

his wound is bleeding a lot, and it shouldnt be.

its very worrying, and i'm not sure how things are going to turn out.

just going to have a drink and turn in.

no idea whats going on in there at, seems like the care has gone downhill the last month.
