Welcome to the LIGHTer threads. We are a part time healthy eating thread and on ocassion, we are the WHETE (Worst Healthy Eating Thread Ever)!!

Hopefully, we'll get back on track in the New Year but for now, most of us are trying not to put any more weight on.

I've managed to put over half a stone on in 5 weeks! Argh!

Satan - it was lovley in the end. They brought Nemo some lovely gifts (never met him before) and gave DD some money to treat herself to something next time we go shopping.

They asked all about Nemo and my disability, we chatted on about work, life and houses! It was fab to see them actually, just not when you're not firing on all cylinders!

Also, my friend with cancer is on her second course of chemo and is coming over to see us at Christmas, her DH emailed MrM earlier to update us.

I'm glad she's ok. Apparently the drugs they are giving her are fucking grusome.

mouse - mole just woke up again screaming. Terrible wind and you can hear the reflux. Am going to try to get an appt for tomorrow at doctor.

Letter came through from hospital saying that barium was normal (apart from the reflux) and that they'd see us at the clinic in january Think we need to see them a bit quicker than that.
