Women - don't lose your daughters' rights

I came across two women this morning at playgroup who have no idea that the Greens, Labour, Lib Dems all have policies that will privilege men with various gender identities over women.

Please please before you vote - look up what each party believes is a woman. This will tell you all you need to know about whether they'll protect your daughter from having to change in front of a person born male, or share a tent with them at camp or compete against them in sport, or share a toilet and living room in a women's refuge....

I'm not telling you who to vote for. But please be informed about women's rights, for your daughters/grandchildren if not yourself.

If you think the tories care more about women then any other party then we’re all doomed.

I can't bring myself to vote Labour - mine is one of the most vocal and bombastic female MPs of the 'women can have penises' camp. She's a cynical greasy-pole-climber and it's hard to express how much I dislike her, her MO, and of course her slithering, craven (or perhaps fucking thick - have previously spoken to her often and increasingly think the latter) views on gender and women's rights.

Her seat is one of the safest - though she might get a shock at the extent to which she has lost a previously guaranteed Muslim vote because of Labour's Gaza position.

HOWEVER. If I genuinely thought her seat was in danger, I would hold my nose. I would clamp it with a giant clothes peg.

Because nothing, nothing, is worth allowing the Tories back in or - more likely - Labour having no meaningful majority and being unable to govern, such that Farage gets in at the next GE.
