Us old hands at this virtual cooking malarky nearly wet ourselves in anticipation of the result...The heavy (and wet and clammy)atmosphere is palpable in the room/tent.....

I may have overdone it a wee bit with the M&S/Mills and Boon description. In my defense i have enjoyed a few glasses of rather delicious Belgian beer which is sneakily stronger than it actually tastes.

See that is hte advantage of a virtual comp - as there are no taste tests on a certain date you could make what you want when you want to and upload the pics as required.

Thank you MrsFish. Yes it just looked like a placenta in the tin. I think the mint leaves helped to bring it back to pretty puddingness. Didn't taste too bad either.
