I am the most stupid person on the earth having worked as a pot washer in a kitchen when I was younger I know you should put sharp blades in the washing up bowl....!

I made bread for the first time since I left school yesterday and it came out an 'interesting shape' as I had to half the dough as I only had 1 bread tin. It did taste very nice though!

No w have 2 tins and will let it rise in the tin so it should take it's shape and at least look like a loaf of bread!

humm have just realized I have lived here for seven years and have never attempted to make a proper pudding. cakes and cupcakes, dark chocolate torte (my fave), even apple upside down cake, but not a pudding

Well my (serious) entry is now chilling in the fridge. I have used every god-damned mixing bowl in the sodding house. DC have liberably sprinked almonds all over the frickin floor, MIL due any minute.

And my pudding currently resembles a placenta.
