Daemara, I've never had key lime pie before, but my new cake book (Mary Berry) has it in so I might give it a go

Right I'm going downstairs to watch the WI programme. My laptop may or may not let me onto the internet, so I may or may not be back here shortly.

I will not kick off if you choose something else or 'rest' for a week (am away this weekend anyway but will try to join in if you choose something I can have a go at)

all the puddings were fab and the judge's choices very deserving. I must say I was very taken with both of the 4th July ones, myself - those were the ones I would have chosen to eat if on a dessert trolley
