What food do you just not get?

I don't get why people bother buying mild cheddar, it's such a false economy - nothing you make with it is going to taste of cheese.

mild cheddar is nice for sarnies tho.

weird things fried in batter, such as mars bars, etc.

black pudding - it's just disgusting and gritty and made my kids sick!

I buy mild cheddar cos I can add it to stuff without dss knowing it's there. I don't get celery, just don't like it or see the point of adding it to salads, also don't get jelly - it's just sugar, water and a lot of additives.

celery is nice, dipped in things or in soup. it has a strong taste, so can see why you may not like it, but you must get why SOME people like it. lettuce, well, why does ANYONE like it?

No it's not, it's just a confectionary product. (I know there is scientific evidence for why I'm wrong, btw, but it doesn't do it for me)

Someone brought some to a picnic and i tasted one. It was so far away from anything resembling food, it was like squeaky solidified sweat rolled in to a stringy gummy salty limp finger of shite.

I didn't really like it.
