Curry is actually one particular type of dish, rather than the whole repertoire of Indian culture foods. Chicken Korma is fine if you get a decent one (although yes, it is a anglicised version of Indian style food).

Asian food doesnt have to be burning hot or overly spicy for it to be nice.
