Creepiest/scariest film you've seen?

The Hole. Traumatised for ages!!!

The Ring - I saw it with a friend (spent much of the last bit with my head buried in her shoulder) and when it finished we went straight to the ticket desk at the cinema to see if there was another film we could watch immediately afterwards. We were staying in a hotel and I woke up in the middle of the night really needing a wee, but there was a huge tv right at the end of my bed and it took me ages to find the courage to get up.

I don't watch horror films any more - I can't handle them - so I read the synopses on IMDB instead. I'm always interested in the plots, just can't cope with the actual films

I genuinely thought the ring was rubbish and not scary. No idea why.

It Follows gave me the creeps.

I'm gonna say The Ring too, and that's the American version I couldn't dare bring myself to watch the Japanese one.
