What film can you physically not bring yourself to watch?

I am not a big fan of horror films but I can tolerate them with a pillow and someone to hide behind.
I have a few movies I seriously cannot bring myself to even view the trailer of for fear of being scarred for life.
They are in no particular order.
Human Centipede
The shining
And scarface.

What about you guys?

Blair witch project. Child's play. The ring. Any saw films. Most horror, tbh!!

Ditto to the Human Centipede films.

The shining is not very scary. Its also not very good so you arent missing anything.

For me its not about gore and i lovea ghost story but excessive violence upsets me.

I may have to try and watch it then...😦

Now I love the movie full metal jacket I don't know why. It's very violet but the story is good.

On a slightly different theme, I had to switch off the hills have eyes, it made me feel sick.

I am also a massive fan of the work of John Waters but the idea of watching Pink Flamingos really does not appeal to me.

There was one I heard of called a Serbian Film, it just sickens me even thinking of it. I wouldn't even google it tbh

Bambi is awful that film scarred me for life as a child.

I've read the synopsis for Sophie's Choice. No. Just no.

Same for Boy in the Striped Pyjamas

I don't like the sound of Human Centipede or Serbian Film.

On a non-gross note, I don't think I'd ever be able to bear Sophie's Choice.

Arachnophobia. I watched part of it when i was around 16, scared the shit out of me. The thought of watching it now brings me out in hives.

Have watched some of human centipede and it's just a bad horror film - it's gross but not scary. I can't watch anything that depicts suffering, rape or screaming. Can't handle it. Freaking love zombie movies however! Anything that's remotely realistic I can't cope with at all.

I stupidly watched a bit of wolf creek with dh. Based on a true fucking story!!

Sophie's choice is harrowing (but very good). Its all the more harrowing if you don't know what its about when you watch it.

I love a good horror or gore film but at 28 years of age I still get heckles and freaked out by the scene in the kids film the witches (the road Dahl one) when they take off there faces. Vvvitches vemove your masks shudders

A couple of years ago my friend got us a pizza and hired a dvd called Freddie got fingered from blockbusters. It was a Tom Green movie. I only made it 15 mins into the movie. It was the worst film I have ever seen. So I could not bring myself to watch the rest of that!
