I got an absolute bargain last week at a bring and buy sale. A still wrapped box set of Dvds of RH, To Catch A Thief and A Place In The Sun for £1!!
I havent seen RH before and am really enjoying it. I watched High Society this afternoon. I love the grace and style (excuse the pun!) of TCAT!! Smile

High Society
Singin in the Rain
Meet Me In St Louis
Calamity Jane

Got to be a musical. Personal favourite is Seven Brides for Seven Brothers ignoring the dreadful sexual politics and concentrating on the singing and dancing. And one of the unexpected pluses of having children is having a good excuse to watch Mary Poppins on a regular basis. All together now... 'Let's go fly a kite' Smile

confusedandemployed · 25/04/2015 20:33

I love Little Women too. Also Inn of the Sixth Happiness, and a fair few Hitchcocks.

Stratter5 · 25/04/2015 20:33

Brigadoon :)

An Affair To Remember. I dread the day it gets re-made.

I love Now Voyager with Bette Davis. Brilliant melodrama.

FeijoaSundae · 25/04/2015 20:38

Loads, but Some Like It Hot probably, for pure hilarity.

LottieMumofWilfJenkins · 25/04/2015 20:38
