"She was 16. Of course you would elevate that over any of the dark shit Depp has pulled repeatedly, as an adult, because you’re obsessed"
Nope. She's continued to behave with no accountability for her actions to this day.
Ok the 16 yr old, one off. Of course. But her record isn't great since, is it??
TiddyTidTwo · 05/06/2022 23:19
I've said time and time again about Depp. Unlike you and Heard
Once again, did you look at the docs I posted and when she was arrested the second time for driving whilst banned, which department did the record get pulled from (which makes sense for the long ban)
TiddyTidTwo · 05/06/2022 23:27
So Iris and aspiring have said by me posting documents open to the public I'm low and desperate.
Details will never be out there as she was a minor.
I'm showing that poor Amber is a repeated liar and has no qualms about breaking the law or lying under oath.
Draw your own conclusions from the documents. Depp has his fair share as well.
But she's the one who has portrayed herself as innocent, poor amber and everything that's happened to her is someone else's fault.
I'm sorry I just don't believe her.

And Iris you said DUI is hardly the crime of the century. The mental gymnastics you must be doing to excuse this woman is unbelievable.
You know the vehicular manslaughter accusation is pure speculation at the moment right?
Not just that, but some people (Depp side) try to claim that no friend has even died and she just did it all for attention, the evil cow.
For someone that doesn't trust MSM , but "checks" her sources you do seem to run with some things that aren't just quite right.
Considering how much you abhor AH's lies and misinformation, you should probably stick to proven facts only.

"You know the vehicular manslaughter accusation is pure speculation at the moment right?"
Of course I do.
The rest resulting from that isn't.
The assault, I'll believe the testimony under oath of the arresting police officer at the scene rather than her ex who is nowhere to be seen.

This whole AH and JD is a three ring circus. Here in the U.K. a judge ruled that AH had sufficiently proven JD was abusive such that the statement “JD is a wifebeater” could be written about him by the Sun and it not be libel/defamation. But then in the US a jury decides that AH merely stating “I was a victim of domestic abuse” and not even naming JD as her abuser was defaming JD.
So a tabloid can explicitly call JD a wife beater and it’s all ok, but a woman JD had a relationship can’t say she was a victim of domestic abuse, not even naming him and somehow she has defamed him? And owes him millions? It’s batshit and completely contradictory and I have to wonder why corporations can get away with far worse than what a woman can…are women now worth less than no human entities when it comes to the law and justice system? Or is this evidence of how broken the US justice system is compared to the U.K.?
I doesnt matter whether AH also abused JD too, that’s outside or irrelevant the legal question of was JD defamed or not that the courts were examining.
I wonder if AH will appeal?

You also think drink driving is ok too? You quoted me on that point then said something different.
It's like Amber Amnesia
Because you posted it as fact.
I can take the DUI, I can take the driving with a suspended licence. I accept that happened. I see the proof. I don't think it's a negligible crime or ok to do that.
There is no proof whatsoever about the vehicular manslaughter except for rumours and theories and speculation. From driving drunk and getting into and accident, to running the girl over, to doubt that a friend ever died (because there are no newspaper reports about it) and she made it all up for attention.
That's spin at it's best.

Ugh. The UK trial is irrelevant. I posted links on the last thread a uk barristers thoughts on that, and it was depp v the sun anyway.
It seems an incredibly useful tool to bash people over the heads with in this trial like it was the be all and end all. Limited evidence (mostly hers) judge with incredibly tight links to the defendant and wasn't allowed in this trial. Thank god. This trial has Depp's evidence too.
Not one old Middle Aged man making a decision but a jury, unanimously but no, they're all brainwashed liars too. Everyone is wrong.

So which court has the last say.
Can newspapers continue to call Depp a wife beater due to the uk trial, or does this new trial overturn any previous judgement.
Neither has the last say as their jurisdictions are limited to where they are. They only have say within their respective jurisdictions. No US court can overrule a U.K. court and vice versa.

It was an airport security worker. Heard pulled a necklace off Tasya, security worker got involved. Tasya said “We’re just having an argument we’re fine”.
Tasya wrote a statement: In 2009, Amber was wrongfully accused for an incident that was misinterpreted and over-sensationalized by two individuals in a power position.

So the police officer was a myth? How does an airport security officer arrest someone and write a police report and put it on record?

It’s not irrelevant because both were at heart defamation/libel cases brought by JD against two defendants, one had explicitly called him a wife beater, the other had merely implied that he was. It makes no sense for there to have been opposing verdicts to what is essentially the same question.
The “one middle aged man” was a professional and highly trained judge well versed in the law and how to assess evidence. However the jury was a handpicked selection of amateurs that by not being sequestered were then exposed to the undue influence of public opinion.
