At 3.38 this day 2 years ago I was pulled from the wrong side of a bridge by policemen.

I have worked bloody hard to sort my head out.

I have put on nearly 6 stone (and counting) through meds.

I am allowed to live with DD alone Grin

I'm doing bloody good

My sister suffers terribly with her MH and has put a fair bit of weight on. She has started SW and has lost a stone this month..it's great to see her confidence grow x

Regarding the weight gain are you on Olanzapine or similar?[i,m an RMN]these medications do unfortuntly massivly increase your appetite have you been referred to a dietician to help with the weight gain? huge congratulations though you have done brilliantly

By the way i,m a lot bigger then you op , but i,m well aware that some atypical antipsychotics have weight gain as a side effect.
