At 3.38 this day 2 years ago I was pulled from the wrong side of a bridge by policemen.

I have worked bloody hard to sort my head out.

I have put on nearly 6 stone (and counting) through meds.

I am allowed to live with DD alone Grin

I'm doing bloody good

Ariawyn · 31/05/2017 07:18

Well done op

Just remember 14 isn't massive, if you're not happy there thats Ok, but don't beat yourself up about it

One step at a time, sounds like you are on your way Flowers

GrumpyOldBag · 31/05/2017 07:20

You are indeed amazing.

I hope that sharing your experience is going to help others going through hard times at the moment.

Thank you. Flowers

WeAreEternal · 31/05/2017 07:28

You are amazing.
Truly.
You are a survivor, a fighter, you are just as strong and amazing as a cancer survivor, you battled through an illness that nearly killed you and you are beating it, you're not in remission yet but you'll get there.

Actually you are stronger than that, you survived, you beat it not just because of the medication or the help you received but because you chose to fight, you wanted to get better.

You are amazing, you deserve all the love that beautiful little girl gives you, you are incredible.

ohfourfoxache · 31/05/2017 07:31

Absolutely beautiful thread Thanks

I'm just a stranger on the internet, but I'm so bloody proud of you. You're doing brilliantly Thanks

Dawnedlightly · 31/05/2017 07:31

What a wonderful thread.
Thank you!

Neverknowing · 31/05/2017 07:35

This made me very teary. So beautiful. Well done op! You've been through so much and managed to come out the other end, you're so strong and grace. Your daughter is so lucky to have a strong mother like you!
Take things one step at a time, be kind to yourself. Dont stress about weight and other things you see as negatives just yet, you are beautiful! Enjoy your body and life Flowers

Deathraystare · 31/05/2017 07:35

Very well done! Lots of us hit rock bottom and only those who have can understand what you went through and how hard it is to "pull yourself together" (which is what idiots say all the time grrr!).

Itsallamysterytome · 31/05/2017 07:36

How wonderful to read your post. Keep going, onwards and upwards.

PrettyGoodLife · 31/05/2017 07:41

Congratulations! You are amazing and inspirational Flowers

sureitsgrand · 31/05/2017 07:41

This is lovely. I'm so glad you have come through. Having lost someone to suicide a few months ago, I can assure you, you've made the best choice. As far as I can see suicide transfers the pain to ones you love and creates a vicious cycle of suffering. Well done on breaking the cycle and starting on a a fabulous future for you and your wee one. What a strong person you are

callmehannahbaker · 31/05/2017 07:43

I'm so sorry for you sure. I know my family still struggle daily worrying about me so I can't imagine what I'd have put them through had I succeeded.

Wohooo! 👍🏻 💐

QueenOfMyDomain · 31/05/2017 07:53

That's brilliant, congratulations.

I was so proud of myself the other day when I realised i hadn't got stressed and shouty in a situation that would normally make me so (after 1 year if AD's and 12 sessions of CBT.

So I can't begin to imagine how epic you must feel! X

Garnethair · 31/05/2017 07:57

Well done. What an excellent thread! You are clearly not Hannah Baker OP. Good luck with your haircut!
