Had breakfast now salted

GP changed me from prozac to Mirtazapine and gave me a sick note for 2 weeks.

Unfortunately DH woke up whilst I was out, forgot I'd got appointment. Had a pannic attack himself as he couldn't get me on the phone and threw up everywhere. Bloody hell we have a fine balancing act going on here!

Hoping weather improves fancy going for a walk with DH and taking in the Autumn colours. Really a bit worried about how DH is going to cope with me not being so good. Looking forward to Monday when can speak to CPNs
