Did I not type and tell you that? I meant to. Sorry.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 12:01

Mitchy have you gone to the cmht yet? If you don't go you have to see the rape counsellor for me. She will just talk at you. You don't need to say anything.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 04/02/2015 12:01

My lunch today will be The Omelette although I like the sound of that salmon.

Ivytheterrible · 04/02/2015 12:07

Not sure I deserve any lunch as only just got out out of bed. Yet in 5 minutes I have achieved 2 useful things: called AA out to broken down car and confirmed psych appt.

Might to back to bed now. It's exhausting being efficient and DOING STUFF.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 04/02/2015 12:08

My single achievement this morning has been cleaning the litter tray so you're one step ahead of me.

SnowyMouse · 04/02/2015 12:10

(((( mp )))) (((( all ))))

I've just got back from the dentist. No caffeine for me for a few hours, I need it to stay awake.

My lunch will be lamb rogan josh (no rice).

happyyonisleepyyoni · 04/02/2015 12:11

Ah thanks for the coffee not creosote. Hot smoked salmon sounds yum. I'm going out for lunch with lovely mentally normal friend. She does a good line in therapy by organising me into doing things. much better than clinical psychology at £160 per hour

Mentalpsychiatrist · 04/02/2015 12:12

How did the dentist go snowy? Given DPs occupation I'm forbidden from bad mouthing dentists, they are all wonderful people.

Mitchy1nge · 04/02/2015 12:13

no no no no no no

how is it the afternoon already?! I've only just had 'breakfast' (nescafe sachet gloop)

I really don't feel all that well tbh but let us dwell on our achievements:

achieved taking #3 into school when she was a bit late for the taxi
achieved a bit of some dodgy telephone cognitive assessment by a sort of friend who can be horrible sometimes
achieved chat with mad jewish cancerous friend
achieved putting on trousers although absolutely every other item of clothing has been on me for DAYS and NIGHTS
achieved a single but exquisitely painful calf raise on worst leg, they are both a bit fucked
achieved unloading and reloading dishwasher, putting a tablet in and switching it on

Ivy, I cannot make phone calls at al, especially not to book appointments, so that sounds like a good mornings work. I have to go places in person if I need to book anything.

SnowyMouse · 04/02/2015 12:17

I was fine, just needed a filling replaced (no anaesthetic needed as it was on a tooth that has a root canal). Maybe need a crown, discussing it in 3 months. Carer on the other hand was v. dentist phobic, needing reassurance Hmm

I'm trying to decide whether to email CPN. Not sure it's safe to put my thoughts into writing.

You sound like you've done loads mitchy, kudos.

Ivytheterrible · 04/02/2015 12:29

Well done Mitchy you have done loads. I've also now booked some train tickets.

Mitchy1nge · 04/02/2015 12:30

am trying to persuade mad cancerous jewish friend to do a blog post about The Omelette

there's lots to be said about it but she won't

Would anyone like a hat? I am powering through sadness by knitting hats.

I make better hats than tea.

SnowyMouse · 04/02/2015 12:50

I like hats, do them on a circular needle/magic loop.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 12:52

Yeh me too. Usually dpns. This is a sew up the side one though.

SnowyMouse · 04/02/2015 12:59

What sort of pattern is it?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 13:02

I'm what way? It's one of the buy the wool and the pattern comes with it, ribbed and then moss stitch.

SnowyMouse · 04/02/2015 13:09

Sounds nice Smile

Millie2013 · 04/02/2015 13:14

Caulk, Is it at RSVP? (No, I'm not your therapist there either, but I've had dealings with them).
I'll go there for you, if you go to see DTherapist for me

CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 13:15

Has everyone seen [http://www.admiral.com/newsletter/drug-driving-do-you-know-the-limits.php this]] new drug driving laws including some anti anxiety and anti psychotic.

Mitchy1nge · 04/02/2015 13:17

so you knit it flat on normal needles?

have made omelette with one egg (strange to have only one left?) worked pretty well, with extra spinach, like a fritter

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 13:18

Yep, because I often lose the second needle and I only had circular ones of the right size.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 04/02/2015 13:20

I just saw that, Caulkhead.

I have actually achieved two things today - I got myself out of the house to Lidl, and I have swept the hard floors downstairs. I swept up enough dog fur to knit another dog - and now ddog1 has wandered through and helpfully shed another dogs-worth of fur. Why did I bother?

I've got a friend coming round tomorrow - we met at group therapy, found out we lived near eachother, and have stayed in touch ever since. We normally get together once a month, or so, and spend hours drinking coffee and eating cake in Dobbies coffee shop. Actually - we usually start early, so we can have breakfast too. But we sit and blether for hours.

I can't go out for that long, because it wouldn't be fair to leave ddog2 all alone in her cage for that long - so my friend is coming round here instead, and I have coffee and walnut cake to share with her. Yum!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 04/02/2015 13:23

Do you live near me I wonder? There is a dobbies not too far away. Or maybe there isn't and I'm remembering when I lived in Devon I wonder?

I have achieved not re wiring the light switch and knitting half a hat. It's almost time for trains and town and counselling. Ugh.
