Have just had utter headfuck of text interchange with friendwhoisasmadasme. I had been convinced I had upset her dreadfully, had deleted her (and half dozen others) from my phone so stop me spreading my evil thru 3G - and then an hour ago she woke me up with a string of confusing, angry texts thinking I somehow hated her. I am useless with friendship. Utterly dismal. I think we have patched things up but fuuuuuuck that was stressful.

toothpasteinthetree · 28/01/2015 23:10

But wrt conversation - AGREEEE with enpo and irony of diabetes analogy with antipsychotics. I mean, sod the drug company pens and all - why can none of the pharmaceutical people develop versions which don't cause weight gain and mess with blood sugar???

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 23:10

Wow, that sounds stressful. Is she someone who lives nearby that you can meet with? Some conversations are better in person sometimes.

Enpoid · 28/01/2015 23:20

There always chlorpromazine?

We going to meet for coffee tomorrow. I would walk barefoot on wobbly icy for our friendship.

And thanks enpo for calling me toothypeg. Quite like the nn

Enpoid · 29/01/2015 00:02

a friend like that is worth keeping. Sounds like an immense and complicated misunderstanding.

Am slowly getting drunk and wondering why Mavis hasn't been in touch --because i want to get high
Instead--

Enpoid · 29/01/2015 03:16

Not that I would ever contemplate any such activity, of course.

Mitch, what does taping calves do?

OP posts:
Mitchy1nge · 29/01/2015 07:26

the tape acts like an external ligament

Mitchy1nge · 29/01/2015 07:47

tooth anyone who values friendship that highly is not useless or utterly dismal at it, and your friend wouldn't be meeting up with you if you were as awful as you think - misunderstandings and hurt feelings are all part of normal human social interaction aren't they?

Mitchy1nge · 29/01/2015 07:53

or tendon

I probably mean tendon in this scenario Blush

Enpoid · 29/01/2015 09:40

An, thanks.

Thanks mitchy

Friendwhoisasmadasme (let's call her Davis - rhymes with Mavis) has just cancelled on me. Am so confused. I mean, she suggested it - why would one do that if one was going to change one's mind merely a few hours later?

Union people have just sent me incomprehensible email about my work situation. I've forwarded it to Local Rep, who is one of those wonderfully straightforward and kind people, asking for his help. I fear I may be about to sob all over him, too Sad

And Kind Colleague has inexplicably disappeared. I mean, I know that she lives in a remote and easily-snowed-in area with patchy phone and internet signals - but I am nevertheless convinced it is somewhow all my doing.

Oh Happy Day.

Millie2013 · 29/01/2015 10:24

Hugs, Tooth, that's a bit shit :(

Mentalpsychiatrist · 29/01/2015 10:51

I have no patients this morning and am feeling lower than a snakes belly. Very difficult session with therapist yesterday has knocked me for six.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 29/01/2015 11:00

Oh mp that sounds really tough. Can you do something nice to look after yourself? Shopping online, a nice snack or drink, that sort of thing? How's the sleep currently?

Millie2013 · 29/01/2015 11:00

Hugs, have you got clinic this afternoon? I'm sorry you had a tough session yesterday :(

brightandbreezyNot · 29/01/2015 11:05

No enjoy the am with no patients. Online shopping sounds good.

toothpasteinthetree · 29/01/2015 11:26

mp sending love. Hang in there.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 29/01/2015 11:27

Thanks guys for the kind words.

I have clinic this afternoon but have been internet shopping my way to happiness this morning Blush
