It does make me laugh when people try to persuade me to take antipsychotics using the diabetes analogy - I get to tell them, no, it's not like if I had diabetes. I have diabetes. I know what it's like. Why do I have diabetes? Because of the antipsychotics. So fuck off with your "it's just like if you were diabetic" shit, fuck off to a job where you're not pushing poison on to people and inducing illness you have no idea about, not a clue about the treatment of - psychiarric care is now diabetic care because YOU MADE US THIS WAY so get a little fucking sensitivity towards your victims and stop using us as a tool to persuade more innocent victims to willingly poison themselves with your diabetogenic neurotoxic crap.

I wish anti-psychotics weren't non-negotiable (that's what I got told last time I asked).

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 18:17

And they make your brain shrink.

Enpoid · 28/01/2015 18:19

I am being horribly insensitive.

Sorry.

Sad

No you're not!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 18:24

I'm going for a run. If it kills me and it might you were all very nice.

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 18:29

Hope you don't get too cold, caulk

Enpoid · 28/01/2015 18:31

I'm at the gym, joining you in spirit Caulk - was too much of a wuss to run in in the cold though, and cadged a lift Grin

nobody ever died of running (this is not true is it?)

we have been looking at gyms, I need to give notice to David Lloyd and find something cheaper

Mitchy1nge · 28/01/2015 19:09

they do it with cancer too 'oh if I had cancer people would be more understanding'

but no, they wouldn't

Mitchy1nge · 28/01/2015 19:12

anyway I am taping up both calves in anticipation of tomorrow's run

if I kill myself it will be because of my calf strain and Being Fat

but I never usually kill myself so let's not shit ourselves just yet

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 19:17

I look very fat.

Enpoid · 28/01/2015 19:19

I guess I'm in good company then. I look very fat too.

Guess why Grin

It's because I am very fat.

Likewise!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 19:22

I appear to still be alive. It's touch and go though.

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 19:26

Glad to hear you're still here, caulk, keep at it Smile (don't mean to be patronising).

Mitchy1nge · 28/01/2015 19:27

how was your run?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 19:50

It was fine. 8km according to my phone, so it was an ok distance. I haven't run for a long time and wasn't sure how far I could go.

I'm walking a fine line with this mfp/exercise/stuff. I'm not entirely sure how Mentally Normal I am being with it. But maybe no one is?

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 19:52

I think lots of people who diet get obsessed with the method they're using. (I hope).

Mitchy1nge · 28/01/2015 19:57

I have to admit (I don't have to, nobody was wondering) am not coping well without MFP - it's not like it's launched me into a whole new healthy attitude to food, have spent more time with head in the loo bowl than ever

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 20:00

Hugs for Mitchy

Is it a bit like going cold turkey and you have to go through the hideous part first? Or would it be helpful to find some kind of Middle group with something else?

Mitchy1nge · 28/01/2015 20:01

it would be helpful if they could just kill me

but they won't, whoever these people are

CaulkheadUpNorth · 28/01/2015 20:02

Bastards.

SnowyMouse · 28/01/2015 20:14

(((( mitchy ))))

Enpoid · 28/01/2015 20:17
