The stirring must use some calories Wink

Good for you caulk, shame nobody was there.

toothpasteinthetree · 09/01/2015 19:53

Hi there. I realise this thread is almost full, but could I come and join you? I've been lurking from the inception of the quiche (though I'm still not clear - who is Mavis?) and can massively relate to the concept and the challenge of being factitiously mentally normal.

toothpasteinthetree · 09/01/2015 19:55

(I should also have reassured you - I am a MN regular. I just get a tad paranoid about posting about MH issues under my usual username.)

Mitchy1nge · 09/01/2015 20:02

hello?

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 20:04

Who is Mavis?

Now there's a question Grin

Welcome toothpaste. I also attempt to keep this name separate from my main username, partly because I like to change my main username frequently these days, but also I have to admit partly because I don't really want my MH issues linked with my other names. Am not good at remembering to namechange though.

And shut that bloody door and sit down, it's freezing in here Wink

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 20:05

And there I go messing up my formatting again Hmm

SnowyMouse · 09/01/2015 20:11

Welcome toothpaste Smile

toothpasteinthetree · 09/01/2015 20:19

Thanks for the welcome.

Thanks tooth!

I had a call from my care coordinator earlier, to make an appointment replacing the one on Tuesday she had to cancel. I'm seeing her next Thursday. They seem to have massively relaxed - when I last saw her, along with the psychiatrist, they weren't keen on my going away for a week and a half over Christmas and the New Year, insisting I would need to see her as soon as I came back. Hurrah for a relaxed CMHT.

How's everyone doing this evening?

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 20:39

(tooth - Mavis is a pseudonym I use for a mentally interesting friend of mine whom (who? whom?) I first mentioned on this thread on which I am, in hindsight, embarrassingly loquaciously logorrhoeic.)

Millie2013 · 09/01/2015 20:49

Welcome, Tooth :)

Millie2013 · 09/01/2015 20:56

OH is home for the weekend, so I'm in bed, while he has a discussion with DD about bedtime . Knackered from a week of bedtime discussions

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 21:01

Hard work, Millie? How old is DD?

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 21:16

Gawd, that thread is excruciating. What was I on?!

Oh yeah. Benzos. And herbal substances. Grin

Mitchy1nge · 09/01/2015 21:47

Enpoid, she's 22m and very opinionated (but v cute, but I'm v biased!)
She's now asleep and all is calm

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 22:14

I was imagining a stroppy pre-teen Grin Well, I suppose she is a (very) pre-teen.

22 months sounds cuter. Smile

CaulkheadUpNorth · 09/01/2015 22:48

Have been to the cinema to see Into The Woods and it's great. The others I went with weren't as thrilled by it due to issues with the musical score but I don't notice things like that and just thought it was fab.

Enpoid · 09/01/2015 22:51

Did you sing along? Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 09/01/2015 22:54

Yes. Loudly. Then everyone left.

Mitchy1nge · 09/01/2015 23:23

is this johnny depp being a wolf? want to see it too

also want to see footage obtained by spaniel after #3 attached her gopro to him

mainly am just an enormous groaning tummy with four limbs and a head, committed carbicide upon self ready for run tomorrow - maybe I will wear the gopro and make a fascinating film of my own

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 09/01/2015 23:32

Yes, although I didn't realise it was him until the credits at the end. It also contains my one true love (JC) and he sings which adds to the fun. There is a bit too much that is alluded sexual undertone implied rape for my liking, but am weird about that so I don't think it's noticeable to anyone else.

Mitchy1nge · 09/01/2015 23:45

well I'll be looking for it now so its noticeability is raised

but then I HATE HATE HATE that stupid Christmas film Elf purely for the way he creeps and pervs on and stalks a woman but it's cute and he can't help it and he gets the girl, it's so romantic yuck
