Cannot be arsed to see psychiatrist tomorrow. Depression is fixed. Primary care job now. No twaddling about with fancy stuff. I am stopping all this silly mental illness steamtrain which seems to have developed an impetus all its own, and will from this point demonstrate i am no different from other people with an episode of depression treated by short course of antidepressants. I'm pretty sure the CMHT will be happy to discharge me as I'm clearly not dangerous and they obviously don't need extra moderate depressives cluttering up their list Grin

New GP, new start? Couldnt get a straight answer from the GP I saw but can only assume I'm being removed from their list - but I was planning on changing surgeries anyway.

Enpoid · 14/12/2014 18:16

Oh fuck I was gong to go for a run today but now I'm pissed again Grin

Enpoid · 14/12/2014 19:21

I think I achieved apparent mental normalitude on the phone to my mum HmmGrin

Enpoid · 14/12/2014 19:34

Mitchy; my care coordinator is a social worker, as usual. Grin

I'm struggling to maintain mental normitude today. This thing with my CPN has made me very unsettled.

Mitchy1nge · 14/12/2014 20:13

some sympathy back at you mp when do you meet her replacement?

there is a massive massive chasm between my interest in and plans to be mentally normal and actually putting any of that into action Confused

Do I want to click? Will I regret it afterwards?

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:18

It's a classic piece of internet cultural history. You can't say you come from the internet unless you've seen All Your Base Are Belong To Us Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 15/12/2014 04:22

Ah! So that's what it was. I wondered if I had suddenly found myself in 1996.

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:23

Perish the thought. That was not a good year Grin

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:24

What are you up to this morning Caulk?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 15/12/2014 04:27

I am wide awake due to thinking I could sleep without the quetiapine.

I have however, rescued the neighbours cat from a cold winters night and have him asleep in my wardrobe, so all is not lost.

You?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 15/12/2014 04:28

I was 10. It was a year of culottes, cartoon pencil cases and dressing up as the spice girls whenever possible.

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:32

You're the same age as me Grin For me it was a year of Classic FM, being kicked out of schools, and general hecticity Grin

Greetings to wardrobe cat. I have nonidea why I woke up at 3am but have discovered that I left myself an Irn Bru, which is gratifying.

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:36

I remember the culottes though. I don't know what we thought we looked like.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 15/12/2014 04:38

Oh, no way! It's a bit of a meh age isn't it.

Iron bru is only acceptable if you're in Scotland. I doubt it's even for sale here (chocolate city in the middle). In fact, I bet most people have never heard of it.

He is the World's Neediest Cat and has moved as close as possible to me. Which is fine, but also a little bit irritating. But I feel sorry for him, so I'm accepting it, like a good person.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 15/12/2014 04:39

Do you remember the skirts and trousers thing too? My culottes were part of my guide uniform but I wore them to school so I could do hand stands.

I am astounding you with my coolness, I know.

Enpoid · 15/12/2014 04:41

Mavis's cat decided to join me, her, and DP in bed yesterday. I think he was jealous Grin

What kind of cat is World's Neediest Cat?
