Cannot be arsed to see psychiatrist tomorrow. Depression is fixed. Primary care job now. No twaddling about with fancy stuff. I am stopping all this silly mental illness steamtrain which seems to have developed an impetus all its own, and will from this point demonstrate i am no different from other people with an episode of depression treated by short course of antidepressants. I'm pretty sure the CMHT will be happy to discharge me as I'm clearly not dangerous and they obviously don't need extra moderate depressives cluttering up their list
