I just invented an incredible 200 calorie 10:30pm snack!

Take 12 beanitos (pinto bean ones in this case) 140 cals and 1 slice of that ready sliced cheddar with hot bell peppers and jalapeños in (59 cals) and make 6 tiny sandwiches of bits of the cheese slice between 2 chips

I keep being told to eat more salt. It. Makes no difference to my BP though. Stubbornly low and worse when I stand up. End up horizontal in many interesting places.
