Woop! Just got a call asking if I wanted to be visited today (er, no, ta) and telling me that they're about to call CMHT to hand me over to them. Finally getting off this daily checking up soon I hope Grin

Hmm
OP posts:
EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 15:55

Any way to go back?

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 15:56

I don't know you and I certainly can't diagnose you over the internet so don't worry about it too much.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 15:56

Last time I wobbled off I skipped sleeping for a couple of nights and seemed to go back up.

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 15:56

Ha, no not really.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 15:57

Lack of sleep is a contributing factor but I wouldn't do that with your appointment tomorrow.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 15:58

No i dont particularly want random internet diagnoses off people who I have no idea who they are Grin but slightly surprised when people use that adjective about my posts.

hello new favourite people

I get anxious when my mood is on the move in either direction I think, not anxious about it, it's more like a general can't-leave-the-house or oh-no-I-have-forgotten-how-to-drive/walk/swim mid-activity

Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:01

I get very agitated when my mood changes.

Hi mitchy.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:01

Bloody sleeping. It's ridiculous that something so important is so uncontrollable. Who thought up that plan? Probably whoever decided we should be able to close our eyes but not our ears.

OP posts:
EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:02

Hi Mitch! How late were you?

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:02

I am a zolpidem addict because I'm obsessed with my sleep Confused

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:03

Mmm, pennies.

Or does zolpidem not do that?

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:04

Zolpidem doesn't do it, unlike zopiclone.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:05

So. Should I ring the HTT again or just leave it?

OP posts:
EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:05

Ah it's zopiclone I'm thinking of Grin

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:06

At this time of day I'd be inclined to leave it unless you're feeling very bad. Do you have the out of hours number for your CMHT?

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:06

I'm not sure. There's a crisis line number.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:07

I've given my CPN up as lost. I hate when people don't call back. Now I'll worry if I'm being a pest if I call her again tomorrow. She spoke to me and promised she'd call back.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:07

I wonder why they didn't ring me back.

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:07

It really depends on what you want them to do for you.

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:08

And I can see you're in the same boat Mental Smile

Mentalpsychiatrist · 05/11/2014 16:09

Stupid over-thinking brain.....

Mitchy1nge · 05/11/2014 16:10

hello :) (I missed another appointment but of course managed to be on time for personal trainer Blush)

call again if you are feeling bad, is unsurprising really Flowers

mp where do you prefer your lithium levels? am definitely more functional when they are between 0.8 and 1 (in fact was unaware even at 1.3 that anything much was wrong) but the thirst is annoying and am convinced it slows me down (running, not in general) but I don't have to take much to achieve those blurry heights, about 1g or 800mg

is weird how differently it behaves with everyone

EnpoTree · 05/11/2014 16:10

Well, I was hoping that they were going to ring me as usual at lunchtime and ask ifni wanted anyone to come round, and I was hoping to be able to tell someone how I'm feeling, either on the phone or in person, and all the shitty things I want to do, in the hope that they might have some ideas how not to do shitty things and to basically tell me that I need to go to this appointment tomorrow and not squash myself under a train or something, so when I didn't get a call, I rang them, asking if it would be okay to talk to someone today, and they said they'd ring me back.
