Awww ((( CIQ ))) give DD some paracetamol and put her in bed. She will bounce back in a couple of hours hopefully. Try not to worry tonight will be fine.

How is everyone else doing? ((( big hugs to all )))

MySpideySenseTickles · 24/11/2014 09:28

Hope the calpol helped ciq
I told Dh last night, he said he already guessed, he knew I'd been abused but id never told him how.
Surprisingly he said all the right things. He wants me to go to the police but I'm not sure I can.

spidey glad to hear u were able to talk to DH and he was supportive. It's not easy being on either side of that conversation Flowers

I've been up all night with a cold just sneezing away. Of course I'm completely exhausted and even dropping DD this morning was a hard task. Back in bed now with a hot water bottle and hoping to get some shut eye Hmm but don't think brain will switch off.

Pyrrhagena · 24/11/2014 11:23

I'm glad to hear you managed to speak to yourDH spidey and that he said the right things. You don't need to decide now, but you know now that he would be there to support you if you did. Take it easy.

Hope you're feeling a bit better pulled and the cold goes soon. DD has a cold here so was up half the night with her. Debating whether or not to go for a flu jab this afternoon.

How's your DD ciq did she recover enough for the party?

How are you doing now you've had the op victrix?

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

Pulledapart · 24/11/2014 13:39

Thanks pyrrh I've been trying to sleep but can't Sad

I've had the flu jab but not sure it's done me any good this year as I still seem to be getting colds Hmm if u need it I.e are in a vulnerable category then I would consider getting it. No harm in being extra protected.

SnowyMouse · 25/11/2014 15:35

Did you go for the flu jab in the end, pyrrh? I had mine a few weeks ago, doesn't hurt to be protected from some strains of flu.

How is everyone doing, it's very quiet on here?

Pulledapart · 25/11/2014 17:19

Very slow & draining day here, pains have been getting the better of me & even tramadol is not helping Sad

Hi snowy how are you today? X

SnowyMouse · 25/11/2014 18:02

Oh dear pulled Sad

I'm okish, not liking the weather at the moment!

ColouringInQueen · 26/11/2014 16:20

Hi everyone, hope you're surviving what is here a v dull and dreary Wednesday.

Dh is home for a visit. This seems to make my brain completely freak out.

SnowyMouse · 26/11/2014 17:04

((( CIQ ))) Are you getting support for yourself?

ColouringInQueen · 26/11/2014 18:56

Dh has been here all pm. I am a complete wreck and dd found me crying Sad

SnowyMouse · 26/11/2014 19:02

oh dear (((( CIQ and dd ))))

ColouringInQueen · 26/11/2014 19:07

I'm waiting to be allocated a care co-ordinator. So basically support from family and friends. I think my brains trying to work out why I feel so bad, but I can't think straight at all.

Victrix · 26/11/2014 21:43

((CIQ)) Flowers

ColouringInQueen · 26/11/2014 22:08

thanks victrix

and now my one night out thatI've been looking forward to is looking dubious as my overnight babysitter is now not available. FFS can Something go right this week! Angry

fluffydressinggown · 26/11/2014 22:37

Thinking of you CIQ

Collardove · 26/11/2014 23:27

CIQ - (((hugs))) sorry it has been such a shite time of late for you. I hope that you get that extra support you need as a matter of urgency :(

I am not doing to badly. Have been confined to bed last few days with an inner ear infection. Couldn't even stand straight! I got out of bed Saturday, and promptly fell over!! Spinning and dizziness - just awful.

Victrix - how are you now after the surgery? Everything ticketyboo?

Thinking of you all - Snowy, Pulled, Pyrrh, Fluffy, Spidey, Nethuns :)

SnowyMouse · 27/11/2014 18:27

My CPN sounds worried, but I'm just in a blip Hmm
How is everyone else doing?

MySpideySenseTickles · 28/11/2014 08:09

Not doing great at the mo. Trying to pull myself back up but I'm scared because Dh is working away for three days next week and I'll be alone

Well I got my fitnote to go back to work on 8th December, nervous but excited.

Victrix · 28/11/2014 15:23

Exhausted. Healing up well but it's drained me. Was kind of hoping it would fix what's wrong with my head too.

Flowers (((all)))

SnowyMouse · 28/11/2014 15:24

I'm sorry to hear that, ((( spidey )))

That's great news, fluffy Grin

SnowyMouse · 28/11/2014 15:28

A general anaesthetic can be very draining, victrix

MySpideySenseTickles · 28/11/2014 15:45

Disappointed in myself for my run today. Only managed 1k. Pitiful.
Ds has got to memorise and repeat a nursery rhyme for school. They're getting sponsored for it.
A lot of pressure to put on a 3 1/2 year old with badly delayed speech. Got a week to teach it to him, they wanted him to do oranges and lemons until I pointed out that they understand maybe 10%of his speech and that's a really long nursery rhyme! He's got Dr foster instead.

SnowyMouse · 28/11/2014 19:29

1k is better than nothing... That sounds like a lot of pressure on ds Sad Hmm
