((( All )))

SnowyMouse · 19/11/2014 18:09

I'm falling apart. Trying to concentrate on sorting things for Christmas, but it's so hard.

Pulledapart · 19/11/2014 19:04

((( all ))) sorry everyone is having a tough time & more sorry for being quite and unsupportive but I am thinking of u all xxx

DD has had 2 incidents at her school 2 days in a row which has left me feeling very worried about her (started a thread for this as I need perspective and rationale thinking of MN).

victrix glad to read op went well & ur home Flowers

((( spidey ))) sorry u have SH, do you think you can tell DH when he gets in? Sounds like you need support to help you keep safe at the moment. Please call your cpn tomorrow and tell them what has happened tonight.

((( snowy ))) what can you do to distract yourself? Apprentice is on later if you like that sort of programmes.

MySpideySenseTickles · 19/11/2014 20:00

I can't tell Dh. He said if I ever sh again he'll leave me because I'm too old to act like a stupid emo teenager.
I've got to see the psychiatrist in the morning. I'm completely dreading it because I'd built all my barriers back up and they've all fallen away again. I'm not going to be able to pretend I'm ok.
I know it's pointless but I need drs to tell me I'm doing better even though im not.
Dh has noticed I'm not ok, I think he suspects the sh he doesn't know how to deal with me though and is basically just keeping me out of the kitchen by not letting me wash the dishes and seems to be trying to keep me away from sharp things, which is pointless since I'm not a cutter.
All in all its been a very disturbing and distressing day. And for seemingly no reason.

((( spidey ))) just be honest with your cpn tomorrow. I know easier said then done but you've got to tell someone about what's been going on. It can only help. Hope the appt tomorrow goes well Flowers

ColouringInQueen · 19/11/2014 22:50

Oh spidey so sorry to hear you're feeling so bad I know it's so hard admitting how things are really, but it is so important. (((Hugs)))

(((Hugs))) snowy this time of year is overwhelming. Can you give yourself a little break from Christmas stuff and do something you enjoy? I am seriously simplifying this Christmas, people go crazy. Feel for you x.

Hi pulled, collar, keema, fluffy.
Doing better this eve. Finally have an assessment for me booked in with cmht next week. Dd had a fab birthday yest. I got a lie-in on this morning.

Take care all x

MySpideySenseTickles · 20/11/2014 10:17

I'm here. I've never been anywhere like this before there's inch thick Perspex covering reception and the doors look like prison. What if they won't let me leave?

(((spidey)))

MySpideySenseTickles · 20/11/2014 13:08

They've let me leave, I'm exhausted and now have to wait for an appointment to start therapy.
And to see a dietitian.
She says she's not sure that I'm depressed she thinks I might be bipolar. Dh has taken ds out so I can be alone for a bit.

OP posts:
SnowyMouse · 20/11/2014 14:23

((( spidey ))) It sounds very draining, I know I always felt exhausted after having that sort of appointment Sad

What can you do to be kind/treat yourself? You've done well to get through it. Smile

MySpideySenseTickles · 20/11/2014 14:35

Dh has taken ds out so I can lay on the sofa and watch crap on tv. I've got a splitting headache and starting with a cold so I'm just trying to feel better before they come back because ds has an ear infection and is really clingy and grumpy he was up screaming all night.

OP posts:
SnowyMouse · 20/11/2014 20:09

How are you feeling now, spidey? I've been thinking of you.

ColouringInQueen · 20/11/2014 21:42

Hope you're managing to get a good rest this evening spidey take care.

MySpideySenseTickles · 21/11/2014 09:39

Ds slept all night so I did too. God bless penicillin.
I'm feeling a bit better today. I've had a talk with Dh and we're going to set some time aside so I can tell him what happened to me. He wants to be able to understand.

SnowyMouse · 21/11/2014 16:11

I'm glad you're feeling better today, spidey

fluffydressinggown · 21/11/2014 18:21

Thinking of you spidey

Glad you have your assessment through CIQ

I am up and down. Been into work today to discuss going back, which is a positive. Thinking about SIing next week but otherwise will be ok this weekend. My Mum visited for the past few days which was nice.

ColouringInQueen · 21/11/2014 21:59

Thanks fluffy, me too. That's v impressive going into work. Hope you have a peaceful weekend.

Snowy how's your day been?

Spidey so glad today has been better and hope time with dh is ok.

MySpideySenseTickles · 22/11/2014 15:12

Them psychiatrists know their shit (or at least the lovely one I saw did)
She basically ordered me to crochet more because it helps me stay calm.
In the last 24 hours ive made myself some really soft slippers/bedsocks and a gorgeous hat. I'm feeling a bit more positive today, I think I'm having the talk with Dh tomorrow or Monday he wants ds to be a bit better first so we're not interrupted.
Well done for going into work fluffy! I'm grateful daily that I'm a sahm and can retreat from the world as needed. I can't imag having to get up and go to work at the moment!

That must be a relief! Glad it went well Smile

ColouringInQueen · 22/11/2014 22:48

Anyone around? Need to take myself off to bed but can't quite face another day. ..

ColouringInQueen · 23/11/2014 10:42

Excellent. Dd has woken with a high fever. We have a big joint family birthday party scheduled this pm which lots of people have put a lot of work into. I can dose her up but she doesn't look well. Feels like everything is so difficult at the moment.
