I want to lose the 2 stones of baby weight I have hanging around and as my daughter is now one, I’ve done my job nursing her & want the weight gone & my body back.
I had my BUPA health check a few weeks ago and they said I was carrying much too much body fat (about 40%) so I’m keen to correct that too.
I’m planning to do the Fast 800 2 meals a day for a fortnight to kick off then go back to 5:2 for the rest.
Started today with black coffee for breakfast and a snack plate of peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, rice thins, caper berries, olives and goats cheese for lunch for 380 calories. We are having roast chicken & salad for dinner.
