Hello All, this thread is sounding very positive
My on/off couple of lbs are back but I've been away for long weekend. I didn't log food but had low carb choices for every meal apart from Saturday when I had mushroom/halloumi in brioche bun and small fries with a small bottle of beer (1st one in I have no idea how long!) in the sun and enjoyed them. I have drunk too much wine and snacked on nuts. So, now only 0.2lb down on last Tuesday but very pleased with that all the same.
Going to make some more low carb bread and soup for lunches this week. I made almond crackers last week (100g ground almonds + egg white, roll until thin, cut into pieces, bake, turn finish baking until crisp). They were very good with Boursin cheese but poppadom crisps are inspired and sound much easier for less calories so will give them a go.
