Salad dressing: 9g balsamic, 3ml honey, 5g olive oil, 3g Dijon mustard, salt & pepper + rocket + 3 cherry tomatoes.
Dessert: 1 10g square of 70% lindt.
838 cal, 20g carbs, 78g protein, 41 fat. 20% c, 40% f, 40% p. I've been focusing more on hitting my protein target and not going over on carbs. Anything else I'm happy with.
