Anyone want to join me?
Yes I know it’s an oldie but I did it about 15 years ago and it was really effective.
I’ve just done day one and the weights and abs stuff weren’t too bad but the cardio nearly killed me, I’m more unfit than I realised.

I was just thinking of starting this again tomorrow so this post is very timely. I did it once, only lost 3lbs but I looked so much better! I love level 1 and use 3kg weights, level 2 is okay but level 3 is an absolute killer, even for 20 mins. I always follow Natalie!

me and my daughter swear by this, just can’t believe the changes in a short space of time (if eating right too) for only 25 mins a day

used to spend hours at the gym and time having to get there and back, and still not getting as good results as with gillian

Nooooo. Level 2 is my nemesis. I hate the 3rd circuit. Especially chair squats with a v-rise. Level 3 is so much easier IMO!

I haven’t done Shred for years, but when doing crunches I always think “the neck is not invited to this party” and “I do love a good chest fly in my life” when they come up.

I love Jillian always have. I bought this I believe and it should still be on my firestick so maybe I'll do it with 2 weeks until my holiday. Can only look better right? 20 mins feels like a treat but obviously it won't be 😂

I did it today! Lovely to hear Jillian’s motivational sound bites again!
I’ve weighed myself, taken measurements and also taken pictures (🙈) in order that I actually stick to the 30 days. If I’m brave enough I’ll post my results when I’m done!

Inspired by this thread, I'm doing a 30-day abs bootcamp.

It's not exactly the programmes tha have been recommended here, I'm making up my own 😂

That's in addition to 2x weekly weightlifting sessions at the gym. I'll report back, maybe with pictures 🙈

I’d like to join in please, have done it a few times over the years and without fail it gets me fitter and more toned quickly. I just find myself getting really bored doing the same level for ten days. No pain no gain though so I will start tomorrow and perhaps out on some music to keep it interesting, I know the moves and phrases off by heart already 😂. I’ll need to check in here daily for accountability or it won’t happen, please feel free to harass me to ensure I’ve done it!

I’ve got this on dvd but wonder if I’m fit enough to start…..
Well I won’t know if I don’t try. I’m usually really good at exercising a few times a week but all I’ve done for the last month is walked the dog.
20 minutes can’t actually kill me right?
Plus I can do it while dh is out the way as I don’t like him being in the same room as me when I’m exercising.

Well that’s day one out of the way and ‘I’m now well on my way to being shredded’ according to Jillian. I’m such a weakling, the strength part is so hard but hoping I’ll improve quickly. On the upside I found butt kickers easier than usual but that may be due to the fact that my butt is twice the size it was last time so I don’t need to kick up so far. 😂

I also did day 1 today! I have been doing a fair bit lately (Bodypump and combat at least once a week each) so I feel I might be able to just go up to level 2 tomorrow (tomorrow me hates me I can tell!) as it's only 2 weeks until my holiday id like to try and speed up results if possible 🙈
Good to check in here and stay accountable. I really struggle to do anything after work but 25 mins feels manageable and feel good for doing it!

Post day 1 this morning and everything was sore when I got out of bed, had to do a bit of a crab walk to get downstairs. Anyway no pain no gain, just cracked on and got day two done and it was fine once I got moving. Hoping the extra effort will ease the muscles a bit, glad to feel it’s making a difference.
