NC Grin slightly - I've been off work sick all week and am still feeling grotty. At that point where I'm well enough to work provided I have tissues and throat sweets Itching to get back on the bike!

I had a migraine for the last few days so I did nothing. Had a short hill run after school drop off. It was gorgeous at the top, over the foggy morning.

I could have written this exact post Professor. It's so hard. I am trying to focus on health and strength rather than weight loss, but it is a real struggle

RI30 L2D5 done. Which means I can move on and say goodbye to the plank cardio. Rest day tomorrow (out drinking after work with ex-colleagues), will start L3 on Friday.

Well done MrOllivander! We're all doing well - through the first quarter of the year and still here and working to our targets.

How is the shoulder doing MotherForkin?

Did endgame day 47 today. All Bulgarian lunges. I was dreading this but actually it wasn't as bad as I thought. It was still really tough but it passed fairly quickly (thank goodness) and there were quite long rest periods (1 minute work, 30 seconds rest).

My whole body feels sore (despite having had 4 days off over last weekend) so tomorrow is a rest day for sure.

Really enjoyed the low impact one, he's a pro cyclist and does form/drills so learning how to activate hamstrings, one leg pedalling etc

That sounds horrible Sophie. I am not very good at Bulgarian lunges, I am always shifting position to get comfortable and the set comes to an end with me having done about 3 Blush. You're almost at the end of Endgame! I see she is making an announcement on 4th April; hopefully it's more shorter workouts.

Walk to/from work Thursday and Friday. We are replacing the fencing this weekend so that will be a workout in itself.

Shoulder is annoying but OK, Sophie. I've a lot of physio exercises to do to stabilise the joint and I'm allowed do minimal weight bearing so I put some cat/cow and bird/dog into my core and legs thing this morning. And I did a 30 min run. We booked our holiday earlier in the week so I really have to get my act together!

RI30 L3D2 done. This is another annoying one with the toughest circuit (all shoulders and triceps, and mine are feeble) at the end. I infinitely prefer getting the worst out of the way at the beginning.

OstrichFeathers, good luck with the physio - hope it begins to have some effect soon. And roonetta, good luck with the fence. I am not competent to do anything of the kind, any fence I put up would blow down in the slightest breeze.

Good luck with the shoulder ostrich. Yes Roonetta, I saw girvan has something tomorrow. Curious too but also want to do more running.

Endgame day 48 push ups and abs today. Had to modify the push up part a lot and did most as incline push ups or on knees and certainly didn't do the finisher (just did what I could in the time it took her to do her 100 push ups).
