Can we make a Les Mills on demand thread?

I'm just wondering if others are using Les Mills on demand and if we could maybe check in with each other to discuss what we are doing and what our goals are etc?

I am trying to loose 1 stone and doing 5:2 but i eat too much on my non-fasting days so I don't really loose any weight, so I'm adding exercise in the hope of shifting some weight Smile

So far I have done bodycombat 3 times this week for about half an hour each and some weights and flexibility training, but I think from next week I will be adding in bodypump

Is anyone else using this? I am really enjoying it so far Smile

@SmellsLikeAHamsterCage

Might sign up for this. I used to love doing attack, body balance and body step classes at the gym.

What are the step classes like? Are they only the 'athletic' version?

No, there are just "normal" step ones as well Smile

Jesus did anyone see that bloke calling some a C&"t this morning on the FB page. 🙄🙄

Pebbledashery · 11/03/2021 14:14

I did step 101 this morning. I love Mark Nu..
I don't know what it is about step but I sweat on a total different level to attack and combat 😂

@wishywashywoowoo70 oooo no- missed that drama!

I like the French bloke. Very sexy.

Can anyone tell me if I've totally made up a class called body flow? I am sure I have heard someone mention it but can't find it!

In the UK BodyFLow is known as Bodybalance. I think it's the US where the BF name is used.

I managed one of the intro to Body Balance videos today- my first LMOD since I did my hip flexor. What's really annoying is I still can't walk for more than 3 or so minutes without getting crazy quad pain.

nbee84 · 13/03/2021 13:08

I defected to Peleton this morning and did a 60 min spin class. Enjoyed it but definitely not as challenging as The Trip.

kitty - small progress is still good progress. The BB are good ones to do when you're recovering from an injury. I understand the frustration when you can't get your cardio kick. Hope you recover soon.

Peachypips78 · 13/03/2021 13:15

Ahhh that makes sense.

I'm still suffering @kittykarate too. My hip pain has now migrated and is affecting the top of the inside of my thighs. I'm forcing myself to walk but not sure if that's going to make it worse! I'm like an old woman hobbling around particularly after I've been sitting for a while.

Do we need to start a new thread?
