I can manage 60 but then I struggle and have to walk. Any suggestions to help? Shall I repeat wk1? Or keep going?
I'm 5ft 3, and 13 stone 7, size 14, I also have fibromyalgia and I'm tachycardic too, just to make it complicated lol. I am enjoying it though!
