I’m in a quandary now as to whether to brave L2 tomorrow or stick with another week to really master L1....
I don’t like my bulky arms really - I got told I had really big arms for a girl when I was younger and it’s stuck with me, so I’m a bit paranoid about them now. I’ve been doing adult gymnastics recently though (well, before lockdown), so I think I’ll be stuck with big arms if I want to be any good!
I’ve had a day off today, but will do a yoga session before bed. Then back to the pain on the morning 
I’m thinking a bit like you, of mixing up the levels, once I’ve gone all the way through it. I’ve only got one JM dvd, but I’ve quite a few other exercise dvds I can do, including a few Davina ones. But I might invest in some more HIIT type ones, as I don’t really have much time before the kids come in and cause chaos.
Sounds like a good plan to have an extra rest day. Who puts a 3 hour zoom meeting at lunchtime?! Don’t they know people have exercise to do?
