Well done Calm - I have never doubled up on Jillian! I am taking my rest day today (usually would be a Friday as I am in the office, but I have been off for half term with the kids). I think we should definitely factor in a rest day 😀

How about we do 6 days (so 2 rounds) then a rest day ? Or we might have to jiggle a bit and stay in sync most of the time?

Checked my JM app and for 30DS you get day 7, 14 and 21 as the rest days.

Just thinking, @roonetta must have L3 tomorrow so shall we start on Monday with L1 and I’ll rest tomorrow! Would a Monday restart be ok for you cardigans?

Yep I’m happy with that Calm. As long as we have one rest day a week, we will be sort of in sync with each other and then we can take our rest days when we want. It makes sense 😃

Definitely going to do the same as you and @roonetta - L1, L2, L3,
and repeat, with 1 rest day. Oh my, I hope I can manage it (I'm no spring chicken!). 😵

I'm in complete agreement with you Calm, "I'll do it later" never happens in my house, it's first thing or never!

I skipped Friday WO10 but did 5km run and another 5km today instead of Cardio 3. It's getting colder and darker now and I have college assignments and my motivation is definitely waning. Need to find something to focus on to get me closer to Xmas...

Hooray ! We are now a gang of 3 Smile.

So we start at L1 on Monday and take a rest day at some point in the week when suits but we can stay more or less in sync. Works perfectly !!

A sticker for each 30DS and an extra one if I hit my 10,000 steps. Grin Worth a try !

Welcome @Happyinheels! I think you can 'buy' it via Amazon Prime Video (i.e. not an actual physical DVD - so you could access it straight away). It might also be available via the Jillian Michaels' app, but I don't do apps (dinosaur - no smart phone!), so I haven't looked into it.

30DS L1 (D7) done. I was so glad it was Level 1 today. I felt I was a lot fitter today than when I started a week ago and was hardly out of puff with the cardio which is really unusual for me.

Loved it - like slipping into a well worn pair of jeans and being pleasantly surprised that they still fit! Dreading L2 (my nemesis) tomorrow.

Also today:
LISS - 4 mile brisk walk
Strength - Stronger P3 Workout 1
HIIT is shelved while I work my way through 30DS again ('cos I'm knackered!)

Oh, I am loving the star charts!! Definitely need something here as I am not loving Jillian this week.
I started a new role (in the same company and still working from home) today and have college assignments due on Friday so just couldn't get out of bed this morning. I did manage 5km run on Saturday and 7km run on Sunday though..

Back to Jillian in the morning. Promise, with or without a star chart!!

30DS L2 D8 done - those chair squats with v-lift were a bit easier today with the lighter weights. Anyone else feel dizzy after doing the neck circle thingies in the warmup? The room is spinning and she goes immediately into jumping jacks!
